    If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but because our products are made to order, we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

  • Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

    Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package. Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have questions about your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    Unfortunately, as we are currently a startup company, and all of our products are print on demand refunds are very difficult to do, we will happily send you a replacement item on us!

  • Can I send the product I received back?

    No need! If you receive a misprinted or broken product, contact us within a week, and we will send you another.

  • What if I never received my product?

    Email us! send proof of the product being "delivered" , and we will take action from there, contacting you via email.
